Wind-Up of The Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Tasmania Inc
At the AGM held on Wednesday, February 26, it was agreed unaminously by members present that The Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Tasmania Inc would be wound-up. This is due to insufficient interest and participation to sustain its ongoing activities, and that the necessary steps be taken to formally dissolve the Society in accordance with its constitution and relevant legal requirements'.
